Coordinator
As your Coordinator, I am the architect of your event. I take the uncertainty and perplexing factors out of the process, making planning your event as seamless and smooth as possible. I focus on the logistics, from vendor referrals and contract negotiation to day-of execution of your vision. I make sure everyone adheres to the timeline, handle any snafus that may arise, manage vendors, and execute your vision the day of. I schedule and attend vendor meetings such as site tours and menu tastings. I keep track of and manage budgets while keeping in constant communication with you. I create detailed timelines and floor plans, manage the rehearsal, coordinate hotel room blocks and transportation should your event require these elements. It will truly be my pleasure to oversee everything, making your fantasy a Blissful reality.
Lauren Houston
Designer
As your Designer, I style your event. My role is to focus on the aesthetic elements of your event. After brainstorming style concepts with you, I begin to coordinate design details. I consult on everything from floor plans and lighting design to the flowers, furniture, linens, attire, and even the invitations. I help with any decisions that will give your event a cohesive, chic and sophisticated ambiance. I create the event’s design concept, provide color palette guidance, and oversee the decor budget and vendors such as the florist, rentals, lighting, and stationer. I uniquely design each event by creating an atmosphere that reflects you and your vision. I look forward to using my creativity to transform your space into a Blissful experience.
Louise Baldwin
Manager
As Manager, I handle Bliss Event’s administrative components. In doing so, I improve our client’s experience with our service by handling all of the behind the scene elements so that your Coordinator and Designer can focus on making your event a Blissful Memory. I manage the financial aspect, attend meetings, consult on all logistical and design elements, and I manage all contracts assuring that our clients are getting the best deals for their event. I am there from day one assisting with any issues that may arise and to ensure that your experience with our service is a Blissful one.
